For The Forest Foundation is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to forest conservation and climate resilience in Kenya and beyond. We work at the intersection of people and nature — ensuring that protecting forests also improves lives.

In 2015, after witnessing the devastating effects of charcoal burning in the Aberdare region, our founders came together with a vision: to empower the very people dependent on the forests to become their most passionate guardians.
